The advantages of thermoforming lie predominantly in the relatively cheap tool costs – depending on geometry for 50-50.000 units - cost effective tools and quick tool delivery times. In short: the commercial aspect is a convincing argument for thermoforming. Hesse can manage delivery times of one week for initial samples. Another big advantage is the tool itself: through subsequent milling any number of variations can be achieved.
